Indianapolis woman sues police after being stopped over bumper sticker
An Indianapolis woman has sued the city’s police department, contending that an order to remove an “Unmarked Police Car” bumper sticker from her minivan violated her rights to free speech, the group representing her said on Monday.

France and Spain extend car sales recovery in June
French and Spanish new-car sales rose in June, helped by extra incentives and new models as Europe’s vehicle sector recovery picks up steadily.
French registrations were up 3 percent last month, bringing first half gains to 3 percent, the Paris-based CCFA carmakers’ association said.
