According to the most recent greenhouse gas emissions inventory from the California Air Resources Board (ARB), the state’s total greenhouse gas emissions rose 1.7% in 2012 from 2011 to 459 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (MMTCO2e).

BMW to unveil plans for first Mexico car plant in July
BMW plans to announce in July that it will build its first assembly plant in Mexico and has earmarked two regions where the site could be built, Automobilwoche reported on Sunday, without citing the source of the information.
