Anthony Colard is a very talented French industrial and automobile designer, who recently applied for a position at Porsche with this awesome project (2 weeks), envisioning a Porsche 928 successor, called the 921 Vision.

Trident Iceni: new 190mph diesel supercar

Trident has unveiled the production version of its new Iceni supercar, which has a claimed maximum speed of 190mph and a range of 2000 miles between refills. According to its maker this makes it, ‘the world’s fastest and most fuel efficient diesel sports car.’ It’s priced from £96,000 and is available for order now.

São Paulo switch from ethanol to petrol reduced ozone levels by 20%

A study by a pair of researchers at Northwestern University found that when fuel prices drove residents of São Paulo, Brazil, to switch from ethanol to gasoline in their flexible-fuel vehicles, local ozone levels dropped 20%. At the same time, nitric oxide and carbon monoxide concentrations tended to go up.

UK to invest $841M from 2015-2020 to boost ultra low emission vehicle industry

The UK government announced plans to invest £500 million (US$841 million) between 2015 and 2020 to boost the ultra low emission vehicle (ULEV) industry and help drivers both afford and feel confident using electric cars.The automotive industry is worth £11.2 billion (US$18.8 billion) to the UK economy, the government said.
