New 2013 Aston Martin DB9 Coupe and Volante models have been spied with no disguise near Aston’s Nürburgring test facility. Our first impression was that we are looking at the Virage facelift, that was introduced last year to sit between the DBS and DB9.
Fastest driver in Britain jailed
A man caught doing 180mph in a police chase on a motorway in the West Midlands has been jailed for nine years.
Thought to be the fastest driver to be caught in the UK, Ben Westwood of Wednesfield, was found guilty of dangerous driving and conspiracy to burgle and steal earlier this month, and has also been banned from driving for four years, reported BBC News.
Average car age rises to 7.44 years
The average car is older now than it was a quarter of a century ago, according to new figures, which are being blamed on motorists buying older cars as the recession continues to bite.The average age of cars on UK roads is 7.44 years – a significant rise from 2008 when it was under 7 years (6.93).
2012 Volkswagen Golf VI R Cabrio Spied Near Nürburgring
Volkswagen will show the new seventh generation Golf next month at the Paris Motor Show. It would make sense that the current generation Golf VI production will be finished soon, but looking at the latest photos from the Nürburgring it looks like Volkswagen could have more plans with the current generation Golf.
