SEAT has released a video that condenses the 19 hour build time of the new Leon ST estate into just a couple of minutes.

The fascinating clip lets viewers get the ultimate factory tour, with cameras placed right at the heart of the production lines.

Filmed at SEAT’s Martorell plant in Spain, which builds 2000 cars a day, the video gives a unique insight into the manufacturing journey from beginning to end.

The ST is SEAT’s latest addition to the Leon range and each car has 5900 separate parts amd 1580 metres of cable.

The new Leon ST has a 587 litre boot and will arrive in UK showrooms from early 2014, with prices starting at £16,675.
