Aston Martin Rapide Shooting Brake by Bertone Revealed Ahead of Geneva Debut
Bertone’s mystery concept for Geneva Motor Show is a one-off Aston Martin Rapide Shooting Brake Concept.
Bertone calls this new concept Jet 2+2 and it is built to celebrate sixty years of collaboration between the two companies, as well as Aston Martin’s centenary.
The original Jet 2 concept was introduced back in 2004 by Bertone and it was a shooting brake variant of the Vanquish.
The Shooting Brake variant of the Rapide is based on the standard model, packing 470bhp from a V12.The C-pillars of the concept is bent forwards more, rear quarter is higher ans stretched offering more headroom, there are also full length LED strips at the back, bespoke interior with two-tone leather and rear seats, which can be folded down for increased cargo room.
This fantastic looking one-off Rapide Shooting Brake concept was commissioned by an unnamed client and very likely your only chance to see it in person is at next week’s Geneva Motor Show.
