The next-generation Ford Mustang SVT/GT350 is one of the most anticipated American sports cars to arrive in the near future. The already unveiled Mustang GT is already an impressive car, but the new GT350 promises more power in a much more aggressive package.

Spied high-speed testing on the Nürburgring, the prototype has lost a big part of its camouflage, revealing more of the big bonnet scoop, new grille, lower front dam, wider fenders and also larger sills. At the rear we can see an aggressive diffuser and four tailpipe exhaust system.

Details are very limited, but the new model is being developed by Ford’s Special Vehicle Team (SVT) and is expected to use the GT350 name with power likely coming from an upgraded 5.0-litre V8 that also powers the Mustang GT.
