Petrobras launches new ultra-low-sulfur gasoline throughout Brazil
Petrobras launched new regular and premium ultra-low-sulfur gasoline throughout Brazil on 1 January 2014, entirely replacing the previous regular and premium gasoline.
TESLA REVENUE EXPECTED TO EXCEED GUIDANCE BY 20% IN FOURTH QUARTER
Tesla sales in the fourth quarter of 2013 were the highest in company history by a significant margin. With almost 6,900 vehicles sold and delivered, Tesla exceeded prior guidance by approximately 20%. A higher than expected number of cars was manufactured as a result of an excellent effort by the Tesla production team and key suppliers, particularly Panasonic.
Britain braced for ‘jarring January’ as pothole problem worsens
According to Potholes.co.uk – the anti-pothole campaign website run by Warranty Direct – the recent stormy weather and floods followed by the threat of freezing conditions is likely to deliver “the worst pothole season ever seen in the UK.”
Visteon acquires Johnson Controls automotive electronics business
Johnson Controls announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its automotive electronics business to Visteon for $265 million. Under the terms of the agreement, Visteon will acquire Johnson Controls’ instrument cluster, infotainment, display, and body electronics products.
