In a recent industry presentation, Stephen Keppler, executive director of the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA), noted the top nationwide driver and vehicle safety violations.
These were revealed by data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (www.fmcsa.dot.gov).
