Faurecia to build new N.A. headquarters, tech center

Faurecia North America Inc. is planning to build a new North American headquarters and technical center north of Detroit in Auburn Hills, Mich.

Faurecia, the French interiors and seating supplier controlled by Peugeot SA, is planning to build a three-story, 300,000-square-foot headquarters that will house its administration and a light assembly operation, said Stacy Fields, asset manager of business development for General Development Co. General Development is the developer and general contractor for the building, which will be leased.

Scion FR-S Wins Cars.com Best of 2013 Award

Collecting its first award of the new year, the Scion FR-S captured the Best of 2013 award from Cars.com, an online review and consumer information website. The win was announced at a Cars.com event surrounding the North American International Auto Show in Detroit and shared with the Subaru BRZ.
