According to the Car News China website, Chinese company Jiangling, using its Land Wind brand, has filed a patent for this new SUV, which hasn’t just been influenced by the Range Rover Evoque, but appears to be a blatant copy of it.

China’s 24 million car market spurs trucking investment

As automobile sales spread inland from China’s crowded east coast cities and automakers boost capacity in the west of the country, companies that move cars and spare parts by truck from factories to showrooms are expanding to meet the demand.

PSA/Peugeot-Citroen reported a 2 percent gain in first-quarter revenue as a recovery in its home region and expansion in China boosted deliveries.

China is poised to replace the US as Volvo Car Group’s (Volvo Cars) largest market in 2014 with sales of at least 80,000 cars, up from 61,146 in 2013, the company said. Sales in the US in 2014 are expected to increase in line with the broader market.
