Toby the Chihuahua needs driver training

Toby the Chihuahua has been found at fault in a recent car crash in Spokane, Washington.
KREM 2 News reported that the victim, Tabitha Ormaechea, was headed home after a long day at work and was stopped at a red light.
She recalled, “I had looked at all the lights, no cars, I reached down to get some ChapStick, and that’s when I got hit.”
But when she looked up, she saw no human driver behind the wheel. Instead sat a Chihuahua perched at the steering wheel.
Tabitha was uninjured and there was minimal damage to her car, though she did question herself saying, “I was shocked, I, I didn’t know if I was crazy. If there was just this little dog had taken a joy ride?”
Tabitha wasn’t going crazy, the tiny dog did indeed ‘drive’ the car causing the crash.
Jason Martinez, Toby’s owner said, “I didn’t know what to think, that…someone just ran into the store and they’re like, ‘Anyone have a brown car?’ And I was like said, ‘Yeah…yeah. Why?’” After being told what transpired, Jason figured that during the few minutes he was in the store Toby got into some mischief.
“He must have knocked it out of gear and the car rolled out,” said Jason who promises to never leave Toby unattended in the car again.
