PSA is shutting its plant in Aulnay, France as part of a plan to eliminate about 11,200 jobs in the country by 2015.

Faurecia, the French supplier controlled by PSA/Peugeot-Citroen, will close eight car seat factories over the next four years, sources familiar with the plan said.

In Late October 2012, Ford announced the closing of its plants in Southampton and Dagenham. Combined the two closures will see 1400 jobs lost including logistics and support jobs.
