The redesigned Smart ForTwo and ForFour minicars will share up to 70 percent of their components with the redesigned Renault Twingo subcompact unveiled at the auto show here, but they will bear no resemblance to the new Twingo.
The Smart models will be even shorter than the Twingo, and will have the traditional Smart B-pillar, said Annette Winkler, head of Smart worldwide.
