Bentley has released a video which previews its first ever SUV, due to be launched in 2016. The brand has already shown a concept – the rather ungainly EXP 9F – which was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show in 2012. But now we’re able to get more of an insight into what the production car will look like.
Bentley will create 140 new jobs at its headquarters in Crewe, England, as it gears up to begin output of its first SUV and it prepares to add hybrid powertrains to the lineup.
Ninety of the new hires will be engineers and the rest will be apprentices, Bentley said in a statement on Monday. Bentley currently employs 3,700 workers in Crewe.

If you’ve been searching for a way to do your part in reducing carbon emissions but haven’t been able to settle for the spare comfort of a Prius, Bentley may have the answer.
Luxury automaker Bentley, a member of the Volkswagen Group, unveiled its Bentley Hybrid Concept—a preview of Bentley’s first production plug-in hybrid model, which is planned to be a dedicated version of the all-new SUV available in 2017.
