Chris Harris recently drove the hot Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series at Paul Ricard race track in France.

This time Chris takes a look at the all electric SLS AMG Electric Drive – the most powerful electric super sports car and also the most powerful AMG high-performance vehicle of all time.

The SLS AMG Electric Drive has four electric motors, one driving each wheel, producing a total output of 730bhp and a maximum torque of 1000 Nm. Range from a full charge is up to 155 miles and because of the heavy battery it weighs a massive 2095kg, roughly 400kg more than the petrol powered version.

The SLS AMG Electric Drive is also the most expensive Mercedes-Benz on sale with prices starting from 416,500 EUR.
