April 30th marked Land Rover’s 65th anniversary and to celebrate this milestone the firm has announced a Defender LXV Special Edition.

Over the years Defender has sold in excess of two million units with the special edition LXV limited to 65 units in UK, available in 90” Hard Top form.

The LXV is equipped with the 120bhp 2.2-litre diesel engine with 360Nm of torque linked to a 6-speed manual transmission.

To stand out from the standard model, the LXV special edition features Santorini Black exterior with contrast Corris Grey roof, grille, headlight surrounds and facia, riding on 16-inch Sawtooth alloy wheels.

The interior boasts full leather seats with LXV embossed front headrests and unique orange contrast stitching on the seats, steering wheel and centre cubby compartment. A union flag decal is located on the rear of the vehicle.
