Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 production reaches 2,000 units
The Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 production has reached 2,000 units. Currently Lamborghini builds 5 cars per day and it took little over two years to reach the milestone.
The Aventador has turned out much more popular as it took its successor Murcielago 4.5 years to reach the same production numbers.
The Nero Nemesis car, chassis number 2,000 is destined to the United States. The owner, Thaddeus Arroyo is a Chief Intelligence Officer for AT&T, who already owns a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder.
Following a test drive of the Aventador LP 700-4 during a Lamborghini event in Palm Beach, he was immediately impressed by the extraordinary performance of the car to the point that he decided to purchase it.
In addition to Aventador Coupe, the Roadster version also entered production earlier this year and initial pre-order expectations for this model have been exceeded and the order bank for both versions covers more than one year.
