Here is the first picture of the Jaguar F-Type, which will debut at the Paris Motor Show next week. The F-Type is heavily inspired by the C-X16 concept from last year’s Frankfurt show.

The rear-wheel-drive two-seater will be available as a Roadster first, wit the Coupe version following later.

The F-Type will be offered with a new 3.0-litre supercharged V6 in two versions: 335bhp and 375bhp.

Top of the range F-Type R will use the existing 5.0-litre supercharged V8, that could produce up to 542bhp, though it is very likely detuned a little.
