BMW unveils M235i Track Edition in Netherlands
With very little attention, BMW has unveiled the M235i Track Edition in the Netherlands, limited to just 12 units.
The Track Edition is basically a sportier and of course more exclusive version of the M2351 Coupe, featuring an M Performance body kit that includes a front splitter, revised side skirts and a rear diffuser.
Other notable updates include a black grille, a trunk-mounted spoiler, a stainless steel sports exhaust system and 19-inch lightweight alloy wheels, while the interior boasts aluminium pedals, a carbon fibre/Alcantara handbrake lever and an Alcantara-wrapped sport steering wheel with a race display.
Under the bonnet is a 322bhp 3.0-litre TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine with 322 lb-ft of torque mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, taking the M235i Track Edition from 0-62mph in 4.8 seconds on its way to an electronically-limited top speed of 155mph.
All this exclusivity does not come cheap as the model is priced at €83,000 (£65,700).
