The Italians have always been masters of automotive design and the latest concept created by them highlights that clearly.

Italian design house, CAMAL Studio, has released first details and digital renderings about the Tributo sports car based on the Maserati GranTurismo.

Designed by Alessio Minchella, the Tributo features a fastback profie and a retro look, taking inspiration from the Maseratis of the 60s and 70s.

This 3D model also shows a centre-mounted dual exhaust system and new bumpers, lights when comparing it to the GranTurismo.

It is an interesting project and it would be great to see it enter limited scale production.
