Alfa Romeo 4C by Pogeo Racing previewed with 415 hp
Alfa Romeo 4C is an impressive compact sports car set to go on sale later this year. Weighing just 895 kg and packing 240 hp from a 1.75-litre four-cylinder engine it accelerates from 0-62mph in 4.5 seconds, a four-tenths quicker than Porsche Cayman S. Impressive numbers!
Ahead of its market launch Pogea Racing has already released first details about its tuning programme for the Alfa Romeo 4C.
Ahead of its market launch Pogea Racing has already released first details about its tuning programme for the Alfa Romeo 4C.
The biggest update is the increase in power to around 415 hp and 450 Nm of torque, up from 215 hp and 350 Nm in the standard car. No performance specs are known yet, but that is a very big change and will put the 4C into a totally new territory.
Such increase in power is possible thanks to new turbochargers, optimized fuel supply, optimized cooling system, tubular exhaust manifold an exhaust system with valve control and optimized engine management.
Other updates Pogea Racing will offer include new 19- and 20-inch alloy wheels, carbon fibre aerodynamic kit, sporty suspension components and interior modifications made of leather, aluminium and carbon fibre.
We are looking forward to seeing the standard 4C and Pogeo tuned version on the road.
