Peugeot 208 GTi Priced From £18,895
Peugeot has announced pricing for the new 208 GTi, which starts at £18,895 with production scheduled to start in April. The hot 208 GTi brings back the legendary GTi badge we last saw last on the iconic 205 GTi.
The hot supermini is powered by a 197bhp 4-cylinder, 1.6-litre turbocharged engine connected to a six-speed manual gearbox. 0 to 62 mph comes in 6.8 seconds.Compared to the regular 208, the GTi version also has a widened track by 10mm at the front and 20mm at the rear, a new more aggressive front bumper, a unique grille, body sills and wing extensions.Other updates include sports springs, recalibrated dampers, revised steering, anti-roll bars, MacPherson strut front suspension and a reworked torsion beam rear setup.
The 208 GTi rides on 17-inch alloy wheels with 205/45 tyres. There are also twin chrome exhaust tailpipes, LED daytime lights, GTi badges, leather & cloth upholstery, aluminum pedals and gear knob, sport seats, rear parking sensors and DAB radio.
