Jaguar Land Rover has unveiled a self-learning intelligent car system that will offer a personalized driving experience for each individual owner, allowing the driver to concentrate on driving.

The main idea behind the system is to minimise driver distraction, helping to reduce the potential for accidents, with software recognising the driver and learning their preferences to predict their routine and changing preferences based on variables such as the weather and their schedule for the day.

The system uses a smartphone to recognize the driver, to automatically adjust the mirrors, steering wheel and seat by the time the driver opens the door.
