BMW 5 Nürburgring Taxi is your chance to experience a lap of the Nürburgring Nordschleife at what you could call almost full-throttle with an experienced racing driver.

…but even with a seasoned racing driver things can go wrong as we have seen in the past.

Last week the M5 Nürburgring Taxi was involved in another accident while at work, after what some witnesses claimed was an unsuccessful drift attempt. Either a failed drift attempt or just too much oversteer.

Drifting is a big no no on the ‘Ring actually, but people still give it a try once in a while.

The crash happened after the Brünnchen corner, when the M5 oversteered and collided with the fence between Brünnchenn and Eiskurve. The main damage as to the right side and the track was closed for roughly an hour.
