MINI has released details about the updated 2013 One Countryman and Cooper Countryman with prices starting from £16,510.
Changes to the exterior or minor and include just new exterior colours: Brilliant Copper Metallic and Blazing Red Metallic.
The interior has received more attention and is designed to be more user friendly, with new door-mounted window switches, new armrests and revised door inserts.
Other updates include new rings around the speedo and air vents finished in Carbon Black and outer ring finished in goss black or in chrome with the Chrome Line package.
The standard individual seats are now replaced with a three-seater rear bench. The individual rear seats are still available as a no-cost option.
Engine options carryover and include three petrol and three diesels, with power ranging from 89bhp to 181bhp. Top of the range JCW Countryman has 215bhp from a turbocharged petrol unit.
Both six-speed manual and automatic are available, except the One D Countryman that can be ordered only with a six-speed manual.
The manual versions of the MINI One Countryman and MINI Cooper Countryman now also meet the EU6 emission standards that are slated to come into force in 2014.
The ALL4 all-wheel-drive system is fitted as standard on the JCW Countryman, but is also available as an option for the MINI Cooper S Countryman, MINI Cooper SD Countryman and MINI Cooper D Countryman.
