Trillium CNG & Golden Eagle Distributors open first public access CNG station in Casa Grande, Ariz
Trillium CNG and Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc. opened Casa Grande’s first public access heavy duty compressed natural gas (CNG) station.
The station is located at Golden Eagle distributors, 1000 N. Jefferson Ave. in Casa Grande, Ariz. Golden Eagle will use the station to fuel its delivery fleet. However the facility is also open the public, available for fueling 24 hours per day, seven days a week, and is accessible by Class 8 trucks.
“We are excited to support Golden Eagle in its use of a clean, domestic and abundant resource – natural gas – for fueling vehicles, and to help bring natural gas fueling to Casa Grande,” said Mary Boettcher, president, Trillium CNG.
The station features Trillium’s patented hydraulic intensifier, providing fleets an ultra-fast refueling experience. All major credit cards and fleet cards will be accepted, and special fuel pricing programs will be available to encourage other fleets in the area to take advantage of the economic and environmental benefits of CNG.
“Making the station available to the public extends those benefits community-wide and make CNG a more viable option for other local fleets and individuals,” said Bill Osteen, senior vice president, Golden Eagle Distributors, Inc.
