Mercedes-Benz V-Class Marco Polo is the ultimate luxury compact camper
Mercedes-Benz has unveiled the new Marco Polo, a compact camper van based on the V-Class with very stylish and comfortable interior.
From the outside the Marco Polo looks largely as a standard V-Class when the pop-up roof compartment is lowered.
The interior is very luxurious and well equipped for longer road trips.
For camping, the van comes with a sink, fresh water, a refrigerator, a kitchenette with two gas burners, a cupboard, a closet, adjustable folding tables and two electrically adjustable rear seats which can be transformed from standard seats into a bed at the push of a button.
For even more room, there is the pop-up roof compartment that comfortably sleeps two.
Powertrain options include four-cylinder diesel engines with power ranging from 132bhp in the Marco Polo 200 CDI to 210bhp in the top of the range 220 CDI.
