a WRX STI driver performs a most impressive spin recovery on the extreme Nürburgring
The Nürburgring is a track known for daily accidents that sometimes also happen to be fatal. Here we have one of the most impressive spin recoveries we have seen on any race track. Is it luck or skill or a bit of both?
The WRX STI driver comes into a corner called Schwedenkreuz little too fast, looses control and goes into the grass, spins 180 degrees, comes extremely close with its rear to crashing into a Suzuki Swift and then somehow manages not to hit the wall, by making another 180 spin to continue the hot lap.
This is pretty amazing, considering the driver was going at around 130-140mph when he lost control of the car.
Did the driver need another pair of trousers is not known, but very likely he had a big smile on his face, when he realized that he is back on the road and all good to go.
