Government to launch green paper – improve young driver safety – cut insurance costs

The government is planning to change the way in which younger drivers learn to drive, take their tests and behave on the roads immediately after ditching their ‘L’ plates.

The idea behind the changes is to reduce accidents and make insurance more affordable.

Weber Sportscars from Switzerland has unveiled the production version of the F1 (FasterOne) supercar. Weber Sportscars claims the F1 is the world’s fastest and lightest street legal four wheel drive supersports car ever, built by engineers coming from the former BMW and Sauber Petronas Formula 1 team.Power comes from a 1184bhp 5.6-litre twin-turbo V10 with 1250 Nm of torque at 4200 rpm linked to an in-house all-wheel drive system and a 6-speed, semi-automated sequential gearbox with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
