Hyundai Veloster Turbo SE Priced At £21,995


Hyundai has announced that the Veloster Turbo SE will be available from September 24 priced at £21,995. The Veloster Turbo SE is powered by a 184bhp 1.6-litre T-GDI engine and mated to a standard six-speed manual transmission featuring wider gear ratios.

Acceleration from 0-62mph comes in 8.4sec and top speed is 133mph.

A driver has appeared in court in Wales following the drowning of four people in a reservoir.He overtook two vehicles, and allegedly hit the leading car which was turning right into a lay-by, sending it into a reservoir. Gordon Dyche, 24, denies causing death by dangerous or careless driving.

Car manufacturers will breach CO2 limit – and get away with it

According to a survey by the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM), 82 per cent of people now think it is acceptable for authorities to use speed cameras.

However 45 per cent think that raising income is still a main reason for their use, according to the results of the IAM’s annual speed camera survey. Interestingly, the more prevalent speed cameras are in a given region, the less popular they are with local people.
